SHIPPING POLICY

Our hours are: 9-5 Eastern Time, Monday thru Friday and 10-4 on Saturday.

For a shipping estimate, add items to your shopping cart then go to "View Cart". Enter your zip code in the appropriate box to receive your shipping cost for the items in your cart.

Temperature & Shipping Guidelines for Live Plants

All live plants are perishable. During periods of extreme temperatures we may have to delay shipment of your order. You will be notified by email if this occurs.

Eve's Garden Inc will arrange the shipping schedule so orders containing LIVE PLANTS are delivered by Friday of the week shipped to avoid weekend travel in the box. For some delivery areas, this will require that we ship only on a Monday or Tuesday. Some areas may require expedited shipping so the plants arrive the same week as shipped. UPS counts only Monday through Friday (Business Days) and the day of shipping does not count.

General Guidelines

• Orders received after 1:00 pm Eastern Time on weekdays, and orders received on weekends and holidays, are processed the next business day.
• Cut-off time to receive an order for same-day shipping is 1:00 pm Eastern Time.
• All orders are FOB Land O Lakes, Florida. This means that you pay all freight beginning at our nursery in Land O Lakes, Florida.
• Orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) or Priority Mail (USPS).
• Shipping is limited to the contiguous United States. No International.
• Shipments to California, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming require delivery in 3 business days or less.
• Eve's Garden, Inc. is not responsible for UPS Shipping delays. Expedited shipping charges will not be reimbursed due to UPS shipping delays.
• If the recipient is unavailable to receive the package, UPS may leave the package as a signature is not required.
• Shipping address changes will result in a $10.00 charge.
• Bonsai Trees cannot be shipped to California due to State Agricultural Restrictions.
• Live plants cannot be shipped to Hawaii due to State Agricultural Restrictions.
• Non-live good shipments to Hawaii require UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air.
• We cannot deliver to Post Office Boxes or APO's.
• We cannot deliver to Hospitals, Cruise ships, Planes, Trains, and Cemeteries.
• Total Order Weights totaling over 150 pounds are shipped via UPS using Eve's Garden Inc. shipping rates.

Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, we will gladly replace your purchase with a similar product or refund the purchase price on claims made within 48 hours of your receiving the product. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. The original shipping/handling charges, return shipping charges, and restocking fees are not refundable. Refunds are made in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 days of our receiving your return. In the event of a shortage or damage, you must notify us immediately and keep the damaged merchandise for inspection by the delivery carrier. All claims must be reported to Eve's Garden, Inc. via email within 48 hours from your receipt of the merchandise.

Because we are dealing with LIVE, PERISHABLE PLANTS please remove the plants from the package immediately and provide with fresh water and protection from excessive temperatures.
