Our hours are: 9-5 Eastern Time, Monday thru Friday and 10-4 on Saturday.

Temperature & Shipping Guidelines for Live Plants

All live plants are perishable. During periods of extreme temperatures we may have to delay shipment of your order. You will be notified by email if this occurs.

Eve's Garden Inc will arrange the shipping schedule so orders containing LIVE PLANTS are delivered by Friday of the week shipped to avoid weekend travel in the box. For some delivery areas, this will require that we ship only on a Monday or Tuesday. Also, for some areas we may require expedited shipping be selected so the plants arrive the same week as shipped. UPS counts only Monday through Friday (Business Days) and the day of shipping does not count.

General Guidelines

• Orders received after 1:00 pm Eastern Time on weekdays, and orders received on weekends and holidays, are processed the next business day.
• Cut-off time to receive an order for same-day shipping is 1:00 pm Eastern Time.
• All orders are FOB Land O Lakes, Florida. This means that you pay all freight beginning at our nursery in Land O Lakes, Florida.
• Orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS).
• Shipping is limited to U.S. Continental 48 States, Hawaii, and Alaska Only. No Puerto Rico or U.S. Virgin Islands. No International.
• Eve's Garden, Inc. is not responsible for UPS Shipping delays. Expedited shipping charges will not be reimbursed due to UPS shipping delays.
• If the recipient is unavailable to receive the package, UPS may leave the package as a signature is not required.
• Shipping address changes will result in a $10.00 charge.
• We CANNOT ship JUNIPER trees to California due to USDA Regulations.
• We CANNOT ship LIVE PLANTS to Hawaii due to USDA Regulations.
• Non-live good shipments to Hawaii require UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air.
• We cannot deliver to Post Office Boxes or APO's.
• We cannot deliver to Hospitals, Cruise ships, Planes, Trains, and Cemeteries.
• Total Order Weights totaling over 150 pounds are shipped via UPS using Eve's Garden Inc. shipping rates.
