Shipping & Returns
Do you ship outside of the United States?
  We currently ship only within the contiguous United States.
What is your return policy?
  If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, we will gladly replace your purchase with a similar product or refund the purchase price on claims made within 48 hours of your receiving the product. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. The original shipping/handling charges, return shipping charges, and restocking fees are not refundable. Refunds are made in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 days of our receiving your return. In the event of a shortage or damage, you must notify us immediately and keep the damaged merchandise for inspection by the delivery carrier. All claims must be reported to Eve's Garden, Inc. via email within 48 hours from your receipt of the merchandise.

Because we are dealing with LIVE, PERISHABLE PLANTS please remove the plants from the package immediately and provide with fresh water and protection from excessive temperatures.

How much is my shipping?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices.
What if no one is home at the time of delivery?
  Our shipments do not require a signature which means that the package can be dropped off without the recipient being present. In most cases, the shipping carrier will knock or ring the bell before leaving the package in a safe location. For some delivery locations, the shipping carrier may decide not to leave the package but will leave a delivery attempt notification.
What if my order is damaged or incorrect?
  Please contact us immediately if your order is incorrect or damaged. In the event of damage, keep the damaged merchandise for possible inspection by the delivery carrier. All claims must be reported via email within 48 hours from your receipt of the merchandise.
When will my order ship?
  Orders for same-day shipping must be placed by 1:00 pm Eastern Time. Orders received after 1:00 pm Eastern Time on weekdays, weekends, and holidays are processed the next business day.

After placing your order, you may check your "Order Status" at any time to track the status. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
